    Question Is Clomid legal????

    I have to get some more clomid and I have a source but I just want to know if it is legal to buy it or not.
    Any Help??

    no it's not legal if you don't have a script, but it's not a controlled substance either.

    By "not controlled" you mean I shouldn't have a problem when ordering or receiving it or should I not order it online??

    not controlled as in not a schedule III controlled substance like steroids. you will most likely not have a problem ordering it, especially if it's domestic, but even overseas i don't think customs has the power to seize it. legit online pharmacies in the US will need a script from a doc to sell it to you.

    you will not get a controlled delivery for stinkin ole clomid. it's too much time, money, and manpower just to put you on 2 months probation if you get convicted in a trial by jury.

    I have had friends who had their girlfriends pick it up or get a script after a checkup at planned parenthood. They just go in and say there have having a hard time getting pregnant and need help to control ovulation. This worked in NY and CT. I can't say this will work in other states or even in NY or CT. You have to get lucky but its worth a shot b/c then its covered by insurance and its cheap as hell.
