    Depends oral or injectable, 1000mcg per week of injectable is OK, but would probabaly go 3000-4000mcgs, if oral not sure.

    Me i only use it when dieting for show, seem to help engergy levels and viens, so usually 12 weeks or so. It is not toxic so in theory you woulc take as much as you want for as long as you want.
