I am currently in week 2 of a 20 week cycle. I have run 3 cycle over the last 3 years. I just need some advice on the time frames I should use each one.
I am 34 5'10" 180 12% b/f. I am consuming 300 to 400 grams of protein & 3000 to 4000 calories a day.
