It's been long enough, my gas isnt as horrible as it used to be as I have put more carbs into my diet. I am sure this post has been asked a million times. Why does my gas smell like an animal died in my intestine? I take acidophilus and it helps temporarily but anybody know why this happens?

How about Beano? I get gas a good bit with all the protein...more so with whey...however it doesn't bother me.....I share with everyone. They all seem pleased....at least I'm guessing they do.....:)
haha its brutal I think its from the protein, when I find I eat more carbs with meals it goes down- I drop em all over the gym and woft them around lol

yea i shat like 4 times a day,and alot comes out.very stinky.fart all the time ,also very stinky.it all comes with doing AS.so far im 5weeks into my cycle and my anus hasnt really bled like last time i did a cycle.that really sucks.

try changing your protein powder from whey concentrate to whey isolate... it worked for me, i couldn't digest that concentrate **** (nastiest smelling **** ever)

I have heard a few places that an effective bulking cycle will give you anal redness and soreness. I dont know how true it is, but I know as much as I **** while on cycle it should constatute a little rednexx/soreness

Hey bro, just add some sugar free fiber psyllium laxitive, like Metamucil or a no name brand, twice a day. I had the same thing going on, but once I added fiber and the goods moved through the pipe a couple of times daily, for weeks now. I could crap in your kitchen now, and you wouldn't even notice.
