Can somebody explain this to me please?
It would make more sense to me to shoot it every 10.5 days?

Like others said, blood levels, plus its easier to shoot less in a certain muscle 2x a week than one big shot once a week.

There has been a lot of talk about this lately and the facts are this.
You do not need to shoot it twice a week once is fine.
But why when you can assure yourself by shooting twice a week. Besides it is less fluid at a time. Most test e is 250mg/ml and at 750mg per week thats 3ml in one site nah I shoot twice a week.

If the half life is 10.5 days that means if you shoot it once a week, almost half of it is gone every time you shoot. Not good to have blood levels drop like that.
