2nd cycle confirm again with you all i call this a war of steroids , BULK BULK UP!
Test E 1 - 12 weeks 500mg EOD
Anadrol 50 1 - 6 weeks 50mg ED
PCT
HCG 6 - 14 weeks 500IU EOD
Nolva 1 - 12 weeks 20mg ED
Clomid 14 - 17 week 200mg 1st day 100mg 2nd day 50mg ED 3rd day onwards
Accutant 20mg ED after 6weeks of A bombs
Should i eat mosty from natural food like egg whites chicken breast tuna lean beef lean pork and complex carb like RICE , Then shakes ?

I wouldn't run anadrol that long, but if you can take go right ahead.
And yes of course whole foods are better than shakes. You can't replace real food with shakes.

i dont expect much 10kg is max but hope to gain and keep gains around 10bls 5kg

so you want to gain 22 pounds (10kg=22pounds) and keep about 10. I think gaining 10 pounds is resonable out of this cycle, just make sure you get plenty of protein and Cals.

hehe i mean keep gains 5kg :O)
thanks i try to hit as much as protein i can every 2 to 3 hour i eat onces 6 meals a day and 40g of protein each meal , Hope so bro not every meal can hit as high as 40g protein :O)
