Post Cycle Keeping Gains
okay so after a cycle, my calories should be high especially protein intake no matter what,also i should be supplementing with creatine at 10mg a day or more? also supplementing with glutamine. I see alot of threads with CLEN for maintaining gains and to start clen on the 1st day of clomid theraphy i was wondering instead of clen can i use a ECA stack and basically supplement with creatine,glutamine,i would love to keep all my gains..... any suggestions on this?
and if i was suppose to start clen with the clomid therapy it would look like this
day 1-2, 1 tab
day 3-5, 2 tabs
day 6 -9, 3 tabs
day 10 - 14, 4 tabs

I would take up to 6-7 on your last day. Gradually increase one a day until you feel "you've hit your max amount". It's different for everyone. Maybe someone else can help.

i thought 120mg was the limit?

id start at 4 if its too much back off.if its not enough up it by 1.
i cant see waisting the other 3,jmo

doofy, JMO, clen is good for keeping gains but ECA is catabolic I believe

Question. Can I start alternating the ECA with clen right after my cycle or will my body go into catabolism?
