terrible cycle sick and sick

Hello everyone I first start my cycle doing dbol and test e both mexican gear first week I got the flu 10 days and stop cycle.
after that Stary the cycle againg on my 5th week of the cycle juts test now I start with a sore trhoat I been like that for 7 days now and I am feeling better but yesterdar I start to feel my ear like covered or some weird sensation any help on what to do on my ear
just rest ?
