total absorbation
was wondering if you know how much calories the body can absorb at a serving? or how much you should be around with every meal

depends on what the cals are coming from, fat, protein and carbs. Also the metabolism of the person completely depends, how anabolic they are, age, what time of day it is. It is impossible to answer that question and there is no way to really tell IMO.
