i always run 10 mgs through out cycle, i know some that even start it a week before they go on

I take it to prevent gyno symptoms during cycle.
better to prevent then to try and fix

I run letro and/or l-dex. I bring the nolva in at the first signs of gyno. But I am prone to it - a lot of guys can run a cycle without any anti-e's.

that's definitely the way I feel. i cannot run any cycle w/o them personally. good to give AR-R some business too.
