2nd Cycle QUESTIONS?
My first cycle was 8 weeks of deca at 400mg/week, got some gains and am now ready for some serious results. A friend of mine made some suggestions and i was wondering what others thought.
I am currently 6'0 178lbs and am on my third week.
375mg of enanthate per week
400mg eq
and took prop 75mg eod for first 2 weeks
I am waiting to get nolvadex and already have clomid for pct
If you reccommend clen , when would I use it?
Are calorie shakes a decent replacement for calories while trying to get diet to 100%

Suggestion: Keep the prop going as a jump start for the first 4 weeks at 400mg weekly until the Test E kicks in.

is 10 weeks long enough for this cycle?

You should also up the test to 500mg if you want 'serious results'.

Im gonna go with Mark and YoungSlug... Up the test dosage to 500 mgs and run it longer for EQ to be more effective.

They say EQ should be run at least 12 weeks for best results. You could keep the test at 375 weekly and along with the EQ for12 weeks. Week 12-14 or 15 finish off with prop. and than do PCT which is so important!

if i upped it to 500 would this stack definitely be noticable

You would probably be ok at 400 but I would go 500. If you are young you probably don't need hcg during the cycle. Check the PCT section there are some great recommendations.

if i finished at the end of march, would it be ok to take a month off and stack up again for the summer??

They say the amount of time you spend on you should have at least the same amount of time off the gear

I go by time on= time off but lotsa bro's just get blood work done, if ur blood, liver kidneys etc are fine and back to normal, go ahead.

READ bro- study- in the end you have to make all the choices. I am sure you will do fine. If you do PCT you should not loose more than 5 lbs of what you gain. So you gain 20 and keep 15 that rocks!

appreciate it, if my rt knee is clicking pretty **** bad should i just work it out light, its hutin kinda bad?
