    Question split dose?

    im on a deca -enenthate cycle. I have read on other threads that you should split the dose. i do 500mg/week test and 400deca/week. Should i split that dose into two?? example thuesday 250mg test+200mg deca and friday the same??

    I would recommend splitting the dose into 2 per week. Keeps blood levels more stable.
