i sit on the floor with my leg extended...it doesnt really matter just make sure your leg is relaxed.

Yeah, sitting with legs almost straight, like when you're doing a stiff legged dead. This way, you are most comfortable with your muscles slightly stretched but still relaxed. If you sit on a chair, I feel that the muscle is stretched 50% of its max, which means that it cannot fully relax. Find it hard to relax my thigh muscles compared to other parts.

One last thing, just don't flex it, ie squat while injecting. Guess no one should be that dumb.
