What does gyno feel like

i read somewhere that it feels like a frozen pea beneth the nipple. is this the case?

i keep checking for gyno and i find nothing im just been very causous

It most cases there will feel like theres a hard lump behind your nip- , the nipple will itch,be irritated etc, could possibly lactate...
