I lift on mon, wed, fri. and going to jab 3days a week, or should I do
tues, thurs, sat.

Doesn't really matter. I inject before i work out. LOL, it's a mental thingI like to know the gears in me.
I like that , it would be a good mental thing .

it doesn't matter, but if it gives you some kind of mental edge then go ahead because anything that will make you lift harder is good.
You got that right , it would be like throw another quater on each side
i have to pop off about an hour before i hit the gym .
it is a mental thing.
or it could be a habit.
i like jabbing a quad on leg day, feel it disperses the oil a little bit, and gives me a mental edge as described above.
That sounds good too , instead of walking around after a jab why not do some heavy squats..
