to front load or not

would front loadind with 800 mg of test e and then taking 400 mg/wk for next 8 weeks be better than taking 400mg/wk for 10 weeks.

Don't frontload there's no point in doing that at all. Go 400mg for 10-12 weeks.

Proven point, and if you do a search you will find all the info i did before i did my cycle.

Im doin 500 a week, and i frontloaded 1000 for the first week.

I started putting on weight immediately, pumps came fast, felt it fast.

I HIGHLY reccomend frontloading......
