vitamin c 3000mg
I would save the milk thisle and fish oil for the pct. Also where is your glycerol??? You can get it in a healthfood store. Take 3 tablespoons in divided doses to help keep you and your muscles hydrated. I would also get some pyruvate and take 3000mg divided at least in two doses. This has some of the properties to help atp upregulation(it is also known as a weight loss supp.).
Hope this helps you out. Stay safe by ramping up slow or stay at 200mg for your 7-10 days ( do not exceed 400mg and start on your fourth day if you go that high).
