Deca/Dbol & no test

Even with all the people, especially here, saying you must ALWAYS run test as a base, why are there still tons of cycle examples that dont mention them? The steroid profiles on this site do, and even in other sites, such as this....

Not that I am interested in this, I have absolutely no interest in Deca, just wondering.

So did people just 'deal with it' when these articles wernt outdated? Seems that I know a lot of people who have ran no test cycles and had good results with little to no sides. Buddy of mine ran a deca/dbol cycle, couple other friends tend to run a lot of Winstrol only cycles. The winstrol guys arent really body builders but just use it for the reasons everyone flams - 'spring break' types reasons. non the less their results are good and they are happy with them. shrug
