I'm going to be taking 2 anadrol a day starting next week is it better to take them at the same time or seperate???? And should I put them under my tounge or just swallow them????

if it were me, i'd split them up, but thats just me. 1 tab am, and 1 tab pm. i feel it gives me a more steady blood concentration per 24 hrs.

i would take them 1 am and 1 pm also, and you need to be taking test with it or you will be wasting to your money.

Half life is 12 hrs so taking 1/2 of your daily dose every 12 hrs would be optimum...
