    Vitamin B6

    Hey guys
    I just received my injectable vitamin b6. It came in five vials of 5ml@ 250mg/ml

    What should I dose this at? I am going to use it to combat acne from Prop and Tren...

    Basically each vial has 5ml@ 250mg/ml

    Anyways I need to know how much to inject, how many Mls and frequency... Thanks

    unless your B6 levels are below normal anyways, I don't think injecting it is going to do much, check some websites out on proper b6 dosing for that part of your question.

    I read on these boards that the B6 will combat skin problems... I also looked at some other sites where B6 is prescribed for people on HRT...

    Anyone else with opinions?

    haven't really heard of it being too effective for skin problems, but most people use it at 200mg/day to prevent prog. gyno from tren or deca.

    I believe Vitamin B5 is used for acne not B6.

    Would the oral b6 you can get from a vitamin store be ok to take to help with deca gyno, or does only the injectable b6 work? I am ready to start my deca up on sunday. Thanks

    B-6 for helping to lower prolactin levels. B-5 for acne. I also believe they are both in pill form. I only think B-12 is in both injectable and pill form. But if B-6 is injectable I'm gonna get some cause I am on Fina right now.

    I am not sure if it even comes in injectable form. The post before me said he hada it in an liquid so i asummed you can inject it

    So is B-6 pills as good as the needle one? Also, why does it help with gyno? By doint what?
