No. Either decide if you need to bulk or cut...sor a more effective cycle. Many do, however, take something to harden gains up at the end...for example Winny

Some people do go straight into a cutter from a bulker. I have never did that though. I always seem to bulk any time other than summer. It's really up to the person and what goals they want to accomplish with their cycle.
