Yes, you can use creatine while on roids, but most wait until between cycles. Creatine causes water retention which is usually already increased while on. There arent too many options for back really.... Barbell shrugs, dumbell shrugs, upright rows, try your shrugs with the bar behind your back,try wider grip...
Creatine would have more benefit during PCT in my opinion.
