Need help
Hey Bros, I recently gained 20 pounds of fat/muscles(natural). my weight is 250 with bf in the range of 14 to 18 percent.
I read alot of the post and you guys keep insisiting to eat clean and alot, so I did. I look like I can pick up a truck(people often ask me if I'm a body builder, so my bf could be much lower), but my strenght just isn't there yet.
I've been lifting for a little over 2 years and all I can bench is 225 about six times. Does anyone have any ideals of what could be going wrong?
I'm trying to hold off from cycling for as long as I could, but it looks like I'm going to have to start.

Post up your training program and diet and we can help you. Also your age etc..

Hey B, thank you for taking the time.
Well, I’m 29 and my daily meal plan (I try to eat ever 2 to 3 hours) goes something like this:
Meal 1
Four boil egg with whole-wheat toast
Meal 2
Protein shake 17g and a bowl of oatmeal
Meal 3
One can of tuna(sometimes two) and three slices of whole-wheat toast
Meal 4
2 protein shakes 34g and two/three turkey sandwiches
Meal 5
Some type(chicken, pork , or beef) of meat with rice and beans or pasta or potatoes
Meal 6
5 boiled egg whites and toast.
Meal 7
Just a protein shake
Meal 8
Same as meal 5
I’m constantly eating; I even wake up to eat.
My training is;
Sunday
Chest heavy and triceps light
Monday
Shoulders heavy and biceps light
Tuesday
Legs and back
Wednesday, Thursday , and Friday everything is revered. Triceps heavy chest light etc.
I have all my gear and pct in place, but I want to hit my genetic max (lifting 225 lbs @ my weight(250) can’t be it! that’s ridiculous) before making the jump.

So far so good, they seem to be doing what they’re supposed to.
