just give your liver a few months off, they will return to normal as long as you arent stressing your liver constantly.

i got mine from oasis today too. 428 on a normal range of 40. I'm on the milkl thistle and extra extra water right now. I just finished a winny cycle which as a matter of fact i had a winny shot the day i took the test too.

i was 445 two weeks ago. i came off a eq, winny cyle about 2 months ago. no pct though...i was not very well educated about pct and i jumped right into it. anyway got new blood work 2 days ago and it came down to 130. still high but thankfully comming down. Im going to try milk thistle. scared the crap out of me though.
i had to get an ultra sound to make sure there was no visible outer damage to my live, pancreas and kidneys. that check out good but my doc said that if it is still high when he takes more blood from me next week then he is going to have me get a CT scan to check the inside of the organs to insure there is no damage. ill keep u posted.Last edited by Buff_Daddy; 03-11-2005 at 03:47 PM.

I knew a guy who had liver enzyme issue and he traced it back to his creatine use (or so he says). He ended up in the hospital for a bit said he was puking, feeling miserable. In time he also developed type I diabetes shortly after that episode.
It is probably the kind of thing you want to get checked out, you never know it might lead to something worse.
