Hello guys i'm actually doing now test e EQ and winny it's beying 7 weeks good results i'm happy with it, i'm almost out of winny and i was thinking on getting some propianate(stop the winny for propianate ?} to finish my 12 weeks cicle
is it worth stoping the winny for prop or continuing using winny?

STOP the winny... 7 weeks is plenty of winny. No need to add prop since your alreayd using Test E. You could however, once you stop the test E, use prop for 2-3 weeks while the test e is clearing, thats what i do.

You started with winni? Why didn't you end the cycle with winni? I think 12 weeks of winni is too much.

yes i did star with winny but not thinking on doing it for 12 weeks just 8

i think thats what i'm going to do stop the winny and keep the eq and test e for 6 more weeks after that i will try prop(2 or 3 weeks) like consistency sayd
