You Shouldn't Be On Aas If...
1. you are 18.
2. you work out 3 times a week but only work arms and chest.
3. you want it for spring break.
4. you have never touched a squat platform.
5. you dont know what your quads are.
6. you just started training 3 months ago and your gains are not comming fast enough and you want a quick fix.
7. you dont know how to eat right.
8. you want an oral only cycle.
9. you think it will make you a good fighter.
10. you dont know if you can drink winny.

I see too many people ON AAS who can't come close to those numbers. Sure if you have an injury, that's different, but for you normal healthy people, those numbers should be attainable naturally.
