Pre- Cycle tests

I'm looking to start my first cycle in a couple of months or so.....
I plan on going for a physical before I start. Are there any tests (bloodwork, etc.) that I should get as well? Do I just come out and ask my doc for the tests?

My first cycle is gonna be an easy one:

wk 1-12 test e 500mg/wk
wk 1-12 letro .25mg ed
wk 1-17 tamox 10mg ed
wk 14-17 clomid (typ pct dose)

27/5'9"/172lbs/14-16%bf
