do i take nolva on cycle?

i am getting ready for my cycle and still am researching but i see some people take nolva on cycle i thought i will effect ur gains if u do that and u wont get full effect of the gains?i will be doing week 1-10 500mg test e,400mg eqiupose and first 6 weeks of dbol at 25mg's do i need to take nolva during cycle i have it for pct though

I suggest if your gyno prone to take 20 mg ED. I personally take 10 mg every 2 days or so.

Yes I would take nolva at 10mg ED throughout the cycle just to be safe. Better to be safe than sorry. Also, I would run the dbol for the first 4 weeks and raise the dose to 30mg ED.

It's not going to inhibit your gains as much as an AI such as liquidex or femara will.
