it you have bad genetics ie are effectively efficient. (sucks how that works) you still will need to be carefull. Its a good solution but like everything else, needs care maintenace and work. If you want a more permanent solution get liposuction. I know it sounds horrible but its the only permanent solution for fat loss. Once you start gettting fat your body's fat cell start multiplying and expanding, once you have those extra fat cells you will never ever get rid of them unless you physcally extract them. thats kinda why you usually end up fatter on yoyo diets. in the long run

Jmiro is correct, however DNP (I am assuming this is HGH), will change your DNA quite considerabley from what I have read and most of the times the gains and results can be permanent.
Fat cells however, like gyno can in most cases only be fixed by liposucktion but this can be dangerous. Lipo is dangerous in that internal bleeding can occur causing death and other problems. Sooo I'd say try it, see how it works if you can afford it, but if it is HGH, you have to be very careful as to how you use it. It can be just as dangerous. Do some research on it, before you invest any money into it.

your body will always be a reflection of your genetics and lifestyle. you will lose fat on dnp , but if you eat like a slob afterwards and don't workout then eventually you will look like a slob again. the same goes for liposuction or any other type of fat loss method.
however, your metabolism doesn't slow significantly after a dnp cycle. it actually is a bit faster for a few days due to some raging thyroid activity (assuming you didn't use t3 during your dnp cycle). you will have no fat rebound due to slow metabolism like you would after a t3 cycle where the thyroid is very sluggish for a few weeks and you gain all the fat back and more no matter what you do.

dnp
I used it before the is a the weight you lose will is awesome, but when you finish your run you will gain some back. The best way to describe it is the anabolic diet. the effect of carbing up on the weekend. That how it goes. You will still need a clean diet, and you can keep most of it off.

Thanks to all of u, most of evil, who is a true guru!
I realize I can't start a pizza diet after and stay lean, but if I work out as usual and eat clean, I won't get all the fat back...

Evil.
I got a friend who's been on dnp for a few days(5 or 6), he's been running the dnp at 400mg/day the last days, but isn't really feeling hot, just a little more than normal...
Could his stuff be bogus?
It comes from a respected source.

Yes! It should only take 2 to 3 days to kick in. I personally been up to 800mg a day and I hated life. UP your carbs the more carb the more you sweat.

after a couple of day his thyroid will slow down and he will stop sweating so much so he should supplement cytomel with it and that will give him the sweat back and help lose more weight.
-

he should stay away from cynomel if he wants to keep the fat off post dnp cycle. the thyroid should be in overdrive when the dnp cycle is done, but if you take t3 during cycle you won't benefit from that post cycle t3 kick.

IMO,he can run 7day DNP at 200mg(CRYSTAL FORM)or 250mg(POWDER FORM) ? hey be happy if u lose 4-5lbs and dont try anything crazy like 3day blitz cycles 800-600-400 by no means do not!!!!!!!! JMO JMO
also JMO stick to powder, the crystal absorbs to fast and this is your first time..........JMO!!!!!!!!
also i believe T3 is used only when u plan on using DNP for long? is that the case with him?????

yeah, dnp will def slow down your thyroid, but you are not counting on thyroid assisting with dnp in fat loss. dnp will be so powerful that even if thyroid was completely inert you would still lose fat. however post dnp cycle your body needs to depend on your thyroid to stay lean because dnp can no longer help you. if you take t3 during a dnp cycle then your thyroid won't be able to assist you post cycle. also, t3 causes tremendous amounts of muscle loss, especially when used in conjunction with dnp.

cynomel should never be used during a dnp cycle regardless of how long the cycle is.
