    please help question about avatar(pic)

    I know this belongs in general but the responses are slim to none so i thought i would put it here but If you need to move it thats cool. I want to put a before and after pic of myself but need to know exactly what i need and whats the least amount of money I can spend on it.Im afraid to put my before pic up because my body looks gross but this will motivate me to workout harder because I know you guys will look at it and will expect to see changes by the time I end my cycle.
