im currently on this cycle,but over the last couple of days my girlfriend said that my skin as gone really greasy is there anything to stop this,she also said that ive been getting little red blotches over my face and head is normal? thanx

yep, that's normal. All you can do is wash your face more often, and use a soap with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid.

I use some Antibacterial Dial soap even though it makes my skin dry.
