pain in the arm pit area after a shot in the chest

i have just took my second shot in the chest i was using a 25 gauge 1 inch needle and was shooting 1cc of test enath at 250mg and now the area between my arm pit and lats are trying to cramp up, has anybody else had this experience.

i've done many pec shots before and never experienced this. where on the pec did you shoot? how long after the shot did you get this pain? do you have difficulty breathing?

it was alomost immediately after the shot, i can breath just fine. the shot was was about mid chest and to the right just a little, when i shot the other side it was in the exact spot or so i thoght.

hmmm. weird. i don't think it's life threatening though, but weird.
