Daily Calorie Intake W/ Deca???

I am 6ft, 235 pounds, and probably around 20% body fat. I am about to start a cycle of deca and am curious as to how many calories I need to eat a day. I definitely want to loss the fat but am worried that dieting might be bad during a cycle? I am working out 6 days a week. I sincerely appreciate the help!

dieting is fine during a cyle. you need to do some more researching first though. check the diet and training forums as well, they have some great info on specific diet routines.

btw, i go with high protien and only green comlex carb vegetables when im trying to really shed the fat. i usually go for about 18-20x my LBM in cals.

Agreed, and I wouldn't be choosing deca if your goal is to burn fat.

I have researched a lot but am still extremely confused by differing opinions.

Deca only=limp noodle=no fun... okay so with a ten week cycle of deca when should i start test (before, same time, after) and when should I stop the test? Thanks

If this is your first cycle you shouldnt use Deca at all. Stick with a test only cycle.

Test E or Test C for 12 weeks at 500mg per week followed by proper PCT And make sure you get a good diet together or you are wasting you money.
