    when should i start??

i've been out of the country for the past four months and haven't been able to train at all. I've been back for a week and have trained every day. I'm sore but moving along well and still have a good amount of strength.

I have about 50 cc's of test prop, 40 cc's of Nolva and will get some Fina in a few weeks.. how long should i train before i start anything??

I was thinking a month to get my joints back in order and be able to start adding real weight when i start the AS..

I used AS several times and have trained for over 8 years total...

I appreciate your opinions.. my friends are telling me to jump right in but i don't want to shock my muscle too much and also don't wan't to have more test than i can work off safely..

I would give it at least a couple of months. When you are on you will want to push yourself hard, not a good idea if the body is 100% ready

i realized thats a bad idea because then my levels would be jumping up and down constantly and i'd much more prone to side effects...
