Hey guys 24m in tampa looking for my 1st cycle advice. Ive rearched for years now and I am ready..Im seeking 10-15lbs of ripped lean muscle.
To me this is a Lifestyle and longterm im not trying to be a bodybuilder just have a great body. my cycle that i have listed is for me to gain lean muscle but lose body fat Id like to shred my stomach get my waist as small as possible as well as add what i call "steroid shoulders" and the snake veins in my arms on my biceps. I will be eating very clean at about 4000 cals per dayplenty of sleep as well as good training... heres my cycle.........
Deca/Cytomel/Clen
Wk1 60mcgs of Clen per day/ 200mgs Deca per week
Wk2 80clen/200deca
Wk3 100clen/300deca
Wk4 50cytomel/400deca
Wk5 50 cytomel/400deca
Wk6 100 cytomel/300decca
Wk7 100 cytomel/60Clen/200deca
Wk8 80clen/200deca
wk9 100 clen
I am estrogen sensitive should I add Novladex? How about Clomid at the end?
