Dizzy since u brought femara up,is it true that it helps reduce existing gyno?
i'm not sure D00fy. i just started reading about it. it is supposed to actually elevate igf-1 as where arimidex and nolvadex decrease it. this is what really turned me on about it. i have also read that it is better than arimidex in keeping water off. there is a good thread on it let me see if i can find it.
thx dizzy, heres one for u aswell hope it helps

thanks. i'm still confused about the doses.![]()
I think a 2.5mg letrozole tab is equivalent to a 1mg anastrozole tab.Originally posted by Dizzy

so with the longer half life...1.25mg ed would suffice?
yes it would EOD
i use 1/2 cc ed of liquid femera 2.5 per cc..using it along with nolva..does help with bloat..have noticed really bad acne on shoulders and upper chest..also taste like shit
.5 cc EOD should work fine for your doses. If you need more then up it. Also just incase you dont know, YOU DRINK IT.
Damn this is a blast from the past

Letrozole does reduce existing Gyno (I know many bro's whom its had this effect on).
2.5mg/eod, or better, 2.5mg/ed to keep more stable blood levels. Dont bother running any lower than 2.5mg/eod. Its dirt cheap anyways, dont be such a cheap ass.
You can also get flavored Letrozole and other ancillaries nowadays if the tastes that bad...
I decided on Letro after using Proviron in the past. Of all the anti-e's I have extensively researched...Letro seems to be the best thing going. I run it .5cc ed.

sphinx, someone posted somewhere that your femara dose should be based on your test dose. them more test, the more fem you'll need to counter it. what is your expert opinion?Originally Posted by Foxy Sphinx
