Hi I am thinking of running this. I am 230 lbs, 5'11" with about 12% bf. I have been training for 30 years, used to own a body building gym and have been around. I am 44 years old and have done a few cycles over the years.
Week 1 - 4 test prop 50 mg amp ed
Week 1 - 12 250 mg of deca a week
Week 1 - 13 250 mg of sust 250 per week or up to 500 mg if 250 is not enough, not sure on this
Week 14 - 16 test prop 50 mg amp ed
week 17 test prop 50 mg eod
week 18 - 20 PCT
In addition I am doing 4 IU's of hgh per day and will probably lower to 2 or 3 IU's in a few weeks.
Please let me know your thoughts. I am looking for some size maybe 8 to 10 lbs solid. Less water retention, the last cycle my face looked awful, very puffy. I am looking for as little crash as possible.
