Twice now i have gone off creatine while on my cycle, and noticed immediately the effects of going off at the gym. The last few power reps arent there, and i did lose water weight (no big deal, it just f's with my head while im on the scale).
Everyone on here says theres no need for creatine while on a cycle.
Ok, well not repeating what you heard on here like a ton of people do, wheres the real world experience with this?
Firsthand from me, i notice the difference.
