ok, guys, heres the deal, havent done any of this shit before, been lifting for 4yrs, recently lost over70 lbs, and now am looking to gain back all the lost strength, as well work on my body.
but anyway,...
im at the point where i have the stuff, i have the needles, but im just kinda nervous about taking that plunge, nervous about screwing it up somehow...

I think there's something about proper injection technique in the educational threads..
it just takes common sense and being carefull.
be clean with the proccedure, try to get most of the little air bubbles out of the syringe. Know where to aim, then shoot.
give the area a little massuage after the injection, and maybe take a nice bath.

deca 400mgs/week, weeks 1-8
test 500mgs/week, weeks 1-8
u can also take 35mgs of dbol a day for weeks 1-4, to jump start cycle,,

You'll regret doing deca only cycle. To gain strength and put some poundage add test and dbol to your deca. Those 3 are pretty good combo for gaining. I don't know your past experience with gear so I wont go into the dosage. I believe you'll find many topics on those 3.
well im 6'3 225, not looking, to get much bigger but more to, just sculpt what i have now, look good, and gain strength back, and for lack of a better word, i guess "tone",...any suggestions...
atleast stack it with some winstro NYM31, help at cuts and harden you up!
if all your doing is looking to get ripped than you should do some research on a cutting cycle. there are tons of threads on these. maybe some winny & EQ , good luck
i hate to promote another board, but if you go to elitefitness, and search on 2thick's injection techniques, i think your procedure will go much easier. im also pretty sure xbiker had some of his pics put into a site, along with instructions as well. doofy, is that the link you put up there?
please do some looking and reading before you stick yourself brother, it will definitely help.
