--when do I have to start to use proviron/nolvadex in 8 weeks test cycle?
---Do I have to use HCG only in the end of cycle or also in the middle?

just use proviron/nolva when gyno symptoms pop up.

hcg is to be used in the middle (toward the end) of a long cycle. do not use it post cycle.

get clomid for post cycle test recovery.
