    b-6 dosage

    i know i should be taking 200mg/ed of b-6 while on a deca/test cycle, i have 200 mg pills, should i break them in half and take 100mg twice a day, or is 200mg all at once ok ?

    anything over 200 mgs ed can be very toxic
