Grapefruit juice...

This is a serious question as grapefruit juice can effect medications by blocking something in the liver and I think in turn half life of meds are greatly lengthened. Does it perpetuate or increase the absorbtion? How would taking 17aa orals with grapefruit juice effect a person?

I've heard grapefruit juice with methyls such as m1t increases its absorption.

It increases the absorbsortion of some medicines, some meds even
come with a warning not to drink grapefruit juice with them... Known
fact and yes it's known to increse absorbtion of 17AA orals also to a
certain degree... Doesn't change the drug's halflife though... Just aids
in your body absorbing more of some drugs or medicines...
