Need help on Test/EQ cycle

I'm about to start my second cycle but I have a few doubts...
First, my source can only get me veterinary test and the EQ is a veterinary drug also, so I want to know if I could be in some danger injecting this "animal intended" drug even when the substance is the same (Testosterone Enanthate). Another thing is the dosages...Which cycle is better??

Week 1-10: Test. Enanthate 400mg and EQ 200mg
Week 7-12: Winstrol 50mg/day

or

Week 1-10: Test. Enanthate 400mg and Eq 200mg
Week 5-10: Winstrol 50mg/day

My stats:

Height: 5'9
Weight: 170lbs
Experience: 2 years, 5 months

Niether, if you are gonna do it, then do it right. I think that 200mg of EQ is too low, its a mild drug and I like to keep EQ levels equal to my test levels. Also EQ takes a while to kick in so 12 weeks minimum. I would do this:

wk 1-13 Test E 400mg
wk 1-12 EQ 300-400mg
wk 10-15 Winny 50mg ED

oh yeah, PCT begins 2 weeks after last test shot (3 weeks after last EQ, and 1 day after last winny). and keep nolva on hand incase of gyno signs.

How much gains should I expect with this cycle?? I was dissapointed with my gains on my first cycle and I believe I got jobbed and got fake juice. I only gained 10 pounds.
