Another quick poll to discover what age you guys think is best to start taking steroids, plus any opinions on the subject?
It depends on so many factors.......
Once you are mature enough:
a) Physically - have reached your natural growth potential.
b) Mentally - mature enough not to brag to others, and to use responsibly, and safely.
The general concensus is 23 years old, or older... (due to the fact most people' growth plates have fuses by now, and your hormone levels are more stable than if you were younger)...
Many people have used AAS younger than that, however, it's not advised if you are still making gains naturally.
If I knew then what I know now, I would have juiced at 24 or 25(voting on 25).

Back in '91 I did a baby cycle 2 months before my 21st b-day. I don't think it was enough to cause problems. Very low dose.

You know i was thinking about this the other day and im glad you started a thread about this. Theres this kid that works out at the gym i w/o at and he plays h/s football. jose canseco is a shmuck if you ask me, he must have been a roid dealor and said stuff like that to convince people of what he USED to be.

You sound smart enough to already know the answer. Education and research will help you determine your path. Do not just take anyones word, look it up and toss it around before buying or doing anything. Always come back and post stats and cycle before hitting it up. Look in 3vandoos personal sayings, there is a quote that says basically "the mark of an educated mind is the willingness to consider and ponder a theroy, and still reject it."
When your endocrine system is fully developed and your gains have stopped even after increasing your calories quite high and exploring different training options. This could be 21-40 depending on the person.
I can research and do research all information, questions etc over and over. But at the same time I will never miss an opportunity to question a person who I believe can help me. I will never take information at face value, just like to round up everybodies experiences, to save learning a lesson the hard way.Quote:
