Cutting while 'on' - 2200 calories enough?
The cutting thread in the diet section shows a sample diet at: 300 grams protein, 130 grams Carbs, and 50 grams of fat.
That works out to 2200 calories. He is assuming 200lb male at 15% BF. I am about that, less about 10 pounds and a tad bit less BF.
2200 calories seems low, no?
I am on my first cycle (started the 10th) and I think I am going to switch pace from a 'gain lean mass' to a cutting. I wouldnt mind staying at my current weight and cutting up, then working at building mass once I have a lower BF. I would be happy at 190 and lower BF. I figure since I am already there, I could burn off some fat. Good idea?
