Ephedra and Drug Tests

Does anybody out there know how much Ephedra you can injest and still pass a drugs test ?

If their testing for ephedra specifically, then any amount will due. Ephedra is illegal on the market, thus is not in any over the counter products... so you any trace in your system would be unacceptable.

Hmm, this gets me thinking. You can get Ephedrine HCL over the counter as asthma reliefe, so would you really get in trouble for having that in your system?

Ephedrine is legal but the herbal form ephedra is illegal. They both show up the same on a drug test.

I know this is kind of like a 3rd grade excuse, but cant you just say it was the legal form if it gets tested on you?
