coming up contest cycle,first cycle

i will have a contest,in July13th,national contest, 24,165cm,80kg,15%,
i will do my first cycle to hit it,
it is my first cycle,because the contest ,i will eat clean,much protein,do cardio often,training hard,
the cycle is :
1-8 week sust250 250mg every four days,
1-10week deca 200mg every four days,
8-11week winnydepot 100mg EOD,
11-12week winny tab 40mg ED,

Take the clomid at week 10, at 100 mgs per day for 7 days then 50 mgs per day for 14 more days

ECA 2week,
T4 300mcg day,2Week,(instead of t3)
Clen 2week,
then ,repeat

Nolv10 mg ED the last two weeks as natural diuresis,

what so you think of this cycle,?should i stop Deca at weeks8,
because of the high water retension ?

yes, stop the deca at 8 weeks or sooner.

take winny 50mg ed instead of 100mg eod. don't inject, just drink or swallow.

nolvadex is not a diuretic, but it will help eliminate estrogenic water. a good combination with nolva would be either proviron or arimidex .

why winny tabs and oral, im confused, if this is for contest prep, and your at 15% bf your gonna need some more gear and a shot load of cardio, think about t3 or dnp , not of your a beginner though

i hear that win depot is better than tabs,so i change the oral to depot,and the tabs are a little expensive ,why i should not use inject but oral??Dr.evil

depot is fine, but just drink it daily instead of injecting EOD. don't bother with t4 cuz it's not going to work. get t3 or no thyroid hormones at all.

it depends where u get the tabs from u can get the 50mg tabs a whole lot cheaper the the depot

i have ordered some EQ and test prop,it will arrived at middle of my deca and sust cycle,
can i switch to EQandProp after week 4 or week 6 up to week12???

is it better than my first idea to prepare a contest and it is also accepted by a newbie first cycle to change gear?

the winny depot is not a 17-aa so it can be utilized bye the liver,,i think that this is the reason, anyhow,yes you can drink the winny depot,squirt it in a little grape juice and wash it all down,better then getting scar tissue from injecting every day

Wow I see a lot of things wrong with his cycle. I am also competing and my competition is on the same day. If your at 15% you should not be taking the bulking substances you listed(Sus.,Deca ). Also you should have all your gear before you start like the prop. If you wanna do a cutting cycle bro try one like this other wise your gonna have a tough time cutting down.
Weeks 1-10 Test. Prop. 100mg eod.
Weeks 1-8 Fina 80mg/ed
Weeks 5-10 Winny 50mg/ed
Clomid starts three days after last shot of prop.
Might even wanna throw the Clen ECA stack in with this.Aslo armidex throughout wouldn't be a bad idea.

bro, i had to come down from 15.5 and it took 16 weeks lots of cardio 2x per day, and complete different route on gear....
