    clen only dosing....

    i have 40mcg clens and just used my took my first one today, i know theres different ways of taking clen and i have been looking around this site and see schemes for stacking clen and t3. i want to get the most out of the clen and i found the following dosage schedule and was wondering if 7 days off on clen only is to much. im want to ramp up to 120 per day in the morning, but was wondering if i should do 5 days on and 2 days off

    I'm looking for more proper dosing on the clen cuz thats all ill be running to shed some fat, this was the only clen dosing schedule i could find

    so u think i should only ramp up to 100mcg and do 5 days on 2 days off?

    Generally people run 1 week on 1 week of or 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. You need all this time off for your receptors to come back to normal.. 5 days on 2 days off wont work for very long.
    Start off with 20mcg and go by the feel of things, atm ive been doing 20, 20, 30, 40, 40, 50, 60, 60.. etc will prob get up to 100-120 near the end of the second week.

    I really don't think its so black and white that u can say ill take this much tomorrow and this much the day after... id be taking it one day at a time you don't know how your going to feel on it... no point in saying ill take X amount and finding out ya shacking so hard ppl think you having a seizure

    I like to start at 20 mcgs and ramp up 20-40 mcg per day until i reach 120 mcg. I have found that 2weeks on 2 weeks off is best for me.

    first of all, judging from your stats, your BF percentage is way too high, so there won't be any noticeable effects from clen . that's why most people use it after they get down to 10-12% BF. second of all, you should take 2mg of ketotifen every day if you're going to run clenbuterol for such a long time, otherwise clen's effects will be gone after two weeks. and, you don't need t3 at all, as it will just eat away at your muscle. if you're going to run t3 regardless of what i said, make sure to use AAS to prevent significant muscle loss. and for god's sake, 125 mcg is too high. i'd suggest not going over 50-75 mcg

    Thanks for the advice! maybe ill lay off of clen and let my diet and cardio do the work and try to get down to the mid to lower teens on my bf, i use one og those hand held fat loss counters and im around 21% bf, dont know how accurate that is, from what i understand they can be +/- 3 percent off

    i thought that clen would give me the extra burn i need to to take fat off, have plenty of bf to still cut down here are some current pics of me, still have fat to shed was hoping between my working out and diet clen would kick it into turbo
