myth or true
i have done some resarch and some say you dont have to eca and you can stay on it for as long as you want. is true . and one guy told me once you go off eca you put the wait back on is that true as well. thanks out should you cycle eca or is it just a myth . how long would you stay longest before ging off and cycling. peace saluu i hate cutting
i feel like a wimp , i used to love those days when i was 275 now im 249 look like **** cant live the weight i used to sucks. do you guys think abs are overated serious. peace saluu im roid monkey and now eca monkey

Some people stay on for years, I personally never would, no more than a month at a time for me.

First if you want to cycle ECA forever do it, but what will happen is that your body get used to ephedrine and caffeine and it takes more in the long term.
the best way is either you use it, one week on, one week off or two day on, one day off.
and no you dont put the weight back if you use your head, but what happens with caffein it is a diurectics so you lose water and when you stop it, the water shedded comes back

well i just read an article a recent one about eca cycling and the author says it is on iron trybe that eca needs to be cycled is a myth . you can stay on it forever it is all a myth does not need to be stacked. just go to goggle .com and type eca cycling and u will find his latest article . moderators what do you feel i have been on eca for 7 weeks have been off 1 week is that long enough . thanks

I cycle it two weeks on, two weeks off. I use clen on the weeks off. Excellent results that for sure!

when i used to use eca i would notice that i would build a tolerance up to it. could have just been me though...

you definatly build a tolerance to it. Thats why you should cycle it.

Cycle it if you are using it as a preworkout stim.
For fat loss, cycling is unnecessary. You may stop 'feeling it', but that doesn't mean its not working. On the contrary, ephedrine actually gets more effective with prolonged use.
But you do lose the buzzed feeling.

I have used it for a 12 month span, pretty much non-stop. I can't say it is a good thing to do. You definitely become dependent on it to have decent energy. I also believe it can lower you immune system and make you more prone to catching the cold, flu, etc. I would not recommend doing it everyday long term. Take a few days off here or there. Maybe even take a week or month off.

I understood it but it took effort and I got a slight headache from it.
When I took it I built a tolerance to it fast. If I took it again, I'd probably cycle it with another fat burner like clen or NYC.
