injection in left glute!

everytime i inject in my left glute.i always draw back to check if i hit a vein and i get no blood. but then when i pull the needle after im done injecting.blood begins to drip down.is that normal to happen or did i hit a vein or something..just wanna make sureee..because i dont wanna be doing it wrong.(i use 22.5 gauge 1.5 inch needle)..so is that okay?

yeah it happens. you can try pulling the skin to the side, then injecting, and when you pull out let go of the skin. but it never really bothers me. except for the blood stains on my boxers

you will notice if u hit a vein right..i was told you get woozy n feel like passing outt??is that true?

Most likely you just passed through a vein on the way out and when you pull the syringe out, it bleeds. No biggie, youll live.
